Responsible

1) Collaborate with the Executive Team in creating short and medium term sales strategies involving traditional trade, modern trade and own-store distribution channels nationwide.
2) Execute short and medium term sales strategies to reach the ambitious targets required.
3) Provide the Executive Team with weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports, complete with detailed sales analysis and market insights.
4) Collaborate with the Marketing Department to ensure that all points of sales, as well as the services provided by all sales personnel, conform with the Company's brands images and philosophy.
5) Improve the retail sales management system.
6) Collaborate with the Human Resources and Administration Department to train and coach the entire retail sales force to ensure a superior level of service.
7) Develop and secure an excellent relationship with all vendors and customers.
8) Continuously provide the Executive Team with detailed feedback on products and services from consumers and vendors.
9) Collaborate with the Executive Team in continuously improving the quality of products and services.
10) Identify, analyse and advise the Executive Committee on changes in the markets that may affect the Company's market shares and operations.
11) Collaborate with the Executive Team in producing and managing quarterly and annual budget.
